| Truly Amazing!! We had the pleasure of having Sequoyah Strings Quartet and Trumpeter play at our daughter's wedding on August 22nd at Central Baptist Church Ft. City. We knew when we booked them that they were wonderful but we just didn't know how wonderful they were until the wedding. We, along with our guests, were so amazed and blessed with how beautiful the music was. Everyone has told us that was truly the most beautiful wedding music they have ever heard. We definitely would recommend them for any function you may have coming up. Karen is absolutely wonderful to work with. Sequoyah Strings did a wonderful job at our wedding last month. The music was beautiful, and really added a lot to the cermony. Not only did my husband and I enjoy the music, but we received many comments from our guests about how pretty it was. They were also great to work with - very professional and organized, which is a big plus when dealing with so many vendors. Thanks for everything! |

| I was so excited about having Sequoyah Strings play at my October 13, 2007 wedding. I played the viola when I was younger so a string quartet was on my list of must haves at my wedding! They were even kind enough to work with a trumpetor I had selected (my uncle). I've gotten so many compliments on the music! | I highly recommend Sequoyah Strings! We were married on August 18 in an outdoor ceremony where they provided such a beautiful background to the arrival of guests, as well as the ceremony. They were very easy to book, communicate with through phone and email, and the ease of choosing one of the "ready-made" packages was very helpful for a busy bride. | I was married on October 6 and had the immense pleasure of having Sequoyah Strings provide the music for the ceremony. We live quite a distance from Knoxville (around 1 1/2 hours), but this was never a problem. The music was beautiful. It was more than I could have possibly dreamed of. All my guests were impressed with use of the trumpet and the string quartet. I would recommend Sequoyah Strings to anyone. I cannot say enough how pleased we were to have them perform at our wedding. For me, it was the highlight of the day. For two music lovers it was the perfect compliment to a perfect day! | |||

| There are several components to any given wedding. One of the most important, to my wife and I, is music. We had researched and visited with other groups in the Knoxville area. By far the best was Sequoyah Strings. We were looking for more than just music, we wanted someone that would be ontime, courteous, and professional (i.e. not getting up after playing music but waiting until after our ceremony and being respectful/silent during our exchange of vows). | The Sequoyah Strings quartet played at my October wedding, and they were wonderful! They played the Prelude, the Processional, a piece during Communion, and the Recessional, and every bit of it was perfectly timed and executed. They even learned a special request piece for our Prelude that made the ceremony extra special for my husband and me. | As a musician myself, I was particularly selective as to who would perform at my wedding. I must say that I was so pleased with the quality of musicianship and professionalism exhibited by this group of talented performers. At first, I was a little apprehensive about not having the quartet at the reheasal but I was pleasantly surprised when they began to play. As every bride knows, there is so much to worry about, but Karen and the others of the quartet were so professional and prompt - no more worry!
